Vincent E. Rush Biography

Biography

Vince was born in Chicago, IL May 4, 1928 to Myrtle Bergeron Rush and Edmund Rush. While in grade school he contracted a very serious case of rheumatic fever. This resulted in significant activity disability. Vinces natural curiosity was complimented by vigorous and voracious reading at a very young age. At the time of his death he had around 13,000 books in his home. Every one a close friend of his! His library was patterned after St. Thomas Aquinas division of learning: the quadrivium and the trivium.

The following is a description of Vinces life and education taken from his last curriculum vitae. Due to time and cost constraints this section will be limited to his ministry work. His hobbies, friends, family, avocations and rich retirement must be saved for another time.
